All Met Cup hosts regional tournaments across the DMV and Baltimore, with boys' and girls' divisions.
Why All Met Cup
All Met Cup is a high school soccer event pitting the region's best public school players against the best private school players. It was founded in the summer of 2026 by Mid-Atlantic Sports Consultants to fill a void left when the Washington Post stopped supporting the sports coverage that once recognized the DMV's top high school athletes as "All-Met" players.
We started with the DMV All Met Cup in Northern Virginia, featuring players from the DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area, and are now expanding to other areas.
